Orange & Ginger Brownies with Orange Icing

Orange & Ginger Brownies with Orange Icing

Brownies are such a great and versatile dessert. There are so many possibilities in the search for the perfect BROWNIE.

I love to play with brownies, combine ingredients and see what I will end up with.

Luckily, most of the time I succeed and my family and friends approve.

The other day I had me some major chocolate craving....there was no good, delicious, creamy European chocolate in the house.

By now you might have noticed that I am a total CHOCOLATE SNOB no apologies here....and there are only few kinds of chocolates I will eat...

To satisfy my chocolate craving I had to go to plan B....to make brownies....Orange Brownies with Candied Ginger and Orange Buttercream Icing that is....
